I am having trouble making videos for my EVO. I have several movies allready ripped to AVI but the phone plays Mp4. I used Any Video Converter to convert them but the video quality is poor and the audio does not sync.
Is there a good program to rip DVD directly to Mp4?
I am using #1DVD Ripper to convert the Vob files to avi.

MP4 is just a container, you need to convert to h264 baseline codec. I recommend Handbrake, and there are tons of guides on this website for that.

I can tell you why your video is poor quality, just download MediaInfo to your pc, its free. Then open the video file in that, switch to Tree view, then copy everything there and paste it here.

That could be one of your problems. You dont need to convert to avi, then to mp4, thats too many conversions. Just convert directly to mp4.
