Apps MS IE on android (moment)

Issues with MS IE mobile. I have a cctv system. My cameras and control can be accessed through Internet explorer on my laptop from any hot spot. I have been told I can accomplish the same with my Moment. I hav viewed other "public" cameras, but of course, my system will only work on IE on my laptop. Is there a way to get my smart phone to run IE, not IE mobile. I tried and it doesn't do the job. I have tried several other serch engines and they don't do the job on my laptop or phone. I thought some of you programers might like a challange.
