Help MTP issue

Hi ,
I am using a Samsung Galaxy Grand GT-I9082
Android version - 4.2.2
I am unable to find the MTP file transfer option , the moment i connect my phone to PC via usb it starts charging . But the option of mass storage is not found.
I tried with my Samsung S3 and Samsung S Duos it works well but only Samsung Galaxy Grand GT-I9082 has this issue.
Kindly give me your expert advice.
