I downloaded this earlier and played it for a bit. It's fun, the controls are tight, and it looks great. It also runs smoothly on my (aging) EVO. Not sure about long-term replay value but I like it so far. Worth a download if you like old-school platformers.

I took the plung & have to say it was worth it. If you like what you see in the video preview you will for sure like it. Game play is very fun & no regrets picking this one up. I agree w/ Essex if u like old school u will like this.

I highly recommend Muffin Knight (insert dirty jokes here). Very old school feel and hours of entertainment. You collect grandma's muffins while dodging enemies, when you collect the muffins you change into different characters to kill your enemies. Each character has his/her own secret weapon. There was a thread earlier about this game, but it got taken down (not sure why) so I just wanted to give my 2

Just looked at the reviews & a review left on 9/4/11 by a person named "kevin" said it works great on his Droid X. So give it a try.

The app did update this morning so some of those early reviews may now be inaccurate.

It runs smoothly on the EVO. There are some MINOR drops in framerate when the action gets hectic, but it'll only last for a second or two before the framerate picks up again. That said, I highly recommend this game (if you like retro, one-screen platformers). It should run fine on your Incredible. As an aside, that's the one advantage to having the EVO/Incredible - if it runs on the Xperia Play, then it probably will run smoothly on our phones

I found the game pretty fun, but I was bored of it after playing for about 30 minutes. After leveling up all of my characters a couple of times I lost interest.

With that being said the controls are very smooth, and the game never lags for me. It just needs more to it than collecting muffins, and shooting bad guys. Guerilla bob was a much better game, if only they put as much effort into this; like they did with Guerilla Bob.

Agreed B2L, the game needs something extra. Maybe more boss battles? The Lava Boss level is easily the best level because of the added wrinkle of trying to defeat a boss. I still haven't beaten the level yet. Hopefully, Angry Mob expands upon its solid foundation with more levels and play mechanics in future updates. As is, this game is more arcade/action as opposed to action/adventure. Not holding my breath for more content since most iOS developers promise new content but never deliver. Guerilla Bob was supposed to get more levels but it hasn't happened yet...

Both of you should definitely email the dev of your ideas. This kind of suggestion is what will make a game more popular if the dev listen to you, the customers.

Oh...and you might to point them to this thread Good PR if he can give direct support to the customers, lol.
