Help Music app is creating duplicate playlists in library

As far as I can tell this started after I updated to the latest version of htc sync. Ive jad other probs too, like it not syncing all of my music. That wasnt happening before. Ne one else experiencing this? does ne one remember what the previous version of htc sync before 3.0.5056 was? Thanks!

I have the same issue, but I am using double twist to sync. It's only duplicating in the music app though.

Same problem here. Doubles some of my music from Itunes and then will not download all of the music either. I have tried to delete from my phone and try it again with the same results.

For some reason, the SD card (or is it the internal mount) is referenced twice.
/sdcard/ext_sd
and
/sdcard2

Your Media Apps are finding both paths and adding the same file twice. Tell your App to ignore one of the paths if possible.

Thank you for the response. I will look into this, but Im not really sure if thats it in this case because my music is only on the sdcard...
