    Are you suggesting Radio Apps?

Pandora, Spotify, Slacker, all of these are pretty good, Pandora, personally being my favorite :)

I've been using Tune-in Radio and like it very much. I think they are all pretty similar.

Oh well, iSyncr is a good one, so is DoubleTwist.

I know Spotify allows you to download your music onto your device, same with Google Music, once you upload it to the Cloud that is.

I use the Digital HMV app. I normally download them to my PC first and then just copy them over to my phone. If you still have your music files from your old phone, why not just copy them over to your new phone?

    Glos.
I usually download mp3's from Amazon mp3 on my desktop and then copy them to my phone, but they do have an app so that you can download them directly to your phone.

The app is free but you pay for the mp3's obviously.
