Music Doesn't Pause on Voice Recognition OK Google Command Android 7 Nougat G6

I have an LG G6, Android version 7.0 Kernel 3.18.31 Build H87110c. Not sure if this is an Android 7 bug or specific to my device.

When I'm connected to my Hands Free Bluetooth System in my car listening to music, if I try to use the OK Google command, or press the microphone in my SMS to reply to a text by voice, the music is not paused. It does pause when I'm not connected to Bluetooth hands free (which is when I need to use voice to text!!)

I suspect there's nothing I can do about except wait for an update. Anyone else on Nougat Android 7.0 or G6 having this issues?

Go into SETTINGS then notifications and set up the commands you want which app you it to interact with.
