I had a bunch of non-DRM music that I tranfered from my mac iTunes account over to my EVO's memory card. The files play fine, but none of them show the album art anymore (it is just a blank CD image with a little android up top). All of the data should be there as it plays just fine in iTunes and didn't have issues on the iPhone. Is there any way I can get the album art back?

I hate how mods always move stuff... I am willing to bet money that this isn't specific to the EVO 4G (yet it's in the EVO 4G troubleshooting forum now). I placed the thread where I did because I figured it would get more views there.

At least they didn't delete it. Have you tried a search on" album art" here in this subforum?

Embedded album art on Android only works with mp3. To get your covers to show for other formats grab cover art downloader from the market. It's free and can easily grab all of your missing album art directly from the phone.

Thanks much. As I thought, it wasn't specific to the EVO at all...

So I should be thankful they didn't delete a legitimately asked question? Come now...

As said, I did a search and couldn't find it. Not sure why people are so hung up on a topic being covered. If you want to be helpful, post a link to it. Simply saying "this has been covered" is doing nothing but adding to the problem (and adding uselessness to the thread...)
