Music Player and Albums question.

All of a sudden both the music player and albums are listing all contents on the sd card, instead of only Pictures and Music folders. I.e. it lists all icons from Sygic mobile maps from a folder called Res\Icons, and all the sounds from Sygic is also listed in music player.
Any idea how I can get rid of this? Tried clearing the thumbnails and the cache, but no difference.
