Okay so when I'm listening to my music and I lock my screen why do I have to unlock my screen then go to the app to pause or switch songs? Anyone know how to just switch songs without unlocking the phone with ur password?

You can get a Lock page replacement like Widget Locker that allows widgets on the screen. Power Amp music player has an option for when it's playing creates a temp locker screen with controls. Tactile player allows you to use the volume button to skip songs and the power button to pause.
