Support Music will not work

    My music will not work on my phone, when I enter my music player no music shows up although when I enter my storage the music is there I just can't play it. This happens sometimes, it also happens with my gallery. I'm using a ZTE so, someone please help!

    What music player are you using? If it is just an issue of your music streaming app not finding the files than I would recommend Rocket Player.

    Sounds like an issue with the media scanner, since you are having problems with photos as well. If I remember ZTE doesn't have a lot of internal storage so I'm guessing all your media is on an extSdCard. This could also cause problems.

    Some music apps need to know where the music is stored. You just need to set it up in the apps settings
