Help MXQ Android Box

I turned on my android box today & received the message "mxq box says connect your charger".
I'm completely baffled, charger? I've reset my router, turned box off and on but all to no avail.
I'd appreciate any help. Thanks
This is what I see

1. Connect your charger/power supply.
2. Make sure your power supply is pluged into working AC.
3. Replace Power supply.
