Help MxQ cache filling when external HDD is plugged in

Hey guys!

Hope somebody can help.

I use an external hard drive as the download path when streaming so that I can watch rather large files.

What's happening is my cache runs pretty close to 100% once I plug the external HDD in. That's with no apps open, including Kodi. I clear the cache on the box & on Kodi very regularly & I have very very few apps installed.

When there's no HDD plugged in, the cache usually stays around the 45-50% mark.

You want cache usage to be high.
Unused memory is wasted memory.

Thank you for the reply mate.
But when the cache runs to 100%, Kodi crashes.
