My battery life is awful, so I wanted to fill everyone in to the process I used to try to get a new battery. 1. Called TMO, they only warranty the battery for 90 days, so they gave me Samsung's phone number. 2. Called Samsung @ 888 987 4357, they gave me an RMA to ship my battery back for testing (7 business days time frame) I'm on my way to a TMO store now to see if they can help me out, or sell me a battery so I can send the original to Samsung. I'lll update the thread as more steps are taken.
