Help My contacts pictures and status's are not updating

I've looked at other threads in hope to find the answer to my question but I can't find one...I don't know if I'm just not understanding but I'm getting frustrated looking. My problem is that all my contacts in my phone are synced to their facebook accounts so it shows statuses and pictures...but nothing is updating....how do I make it so they update automatically?? Someone have a solution??

So apparently right after I posted this help question it started to update....I tried other things earlier and maybe now it's deciding to work... or maybe you just have to ask for help! lol so ignore this thread!! =)
