My continuing frustration with Verizon

    I moved to aio this year as an experiment to find a cheaper experience then vzw. I am happy to report they are better then expected and I even have faster and better coverage. That said my wife stayed on Verizon with her unlimited plan.
    Last month I ordered 2 chromecast devices and never received them. Today I checked her bill to make sure they aren't backordered and they aren't even on the bill: strike 1
    But I noticed $50 in overages, so I check and sure enough my wife talks a lot. I know we have alerts set up so wtf? I check to make sure the alerts haven't changes and indeed they are set at %75, %90, %100 and %105: strike 2
    So here I am, on the phone all hot and heavy and some poor CSR is about to have a bad day but I've been on hold for 30 min because of "higher then normal call volumes": strike 3

    Better be a good solution for this cause my wife fell on some ice and broke her new motox so I'm ready to take her line to aio at this point.

    I was on hold for an hour. According to the CSR there are no warnings for minutes (I checked-they do and I have a screen shot to prove it) and they have no record of me ever having ordered a chromecast.

    Strange, but at least you didn't get billed for the Chromecast and then end up not receiving it.

    You could try ordering it again, or did you order it while on the phone?
