Help My display doesn't fit in my screen after root.

So I recently rooted my oneplus 2 (yesterday) and installed pixel experience on it, it was working perfectly but then after a while the whole display didn't show up in the screen, the bottom got cut out, as I couldn't see the spacebar I suspected it was a problem of the keyboard but after further inspection, I realized the bottom display was cut out itself.
I tried searching for a solution but couldn't find one anywhere. Please do help

P. S- Note that it can't be a problem of the ROM as the problem started after couple of hours of rooting.
