My Evo and I were having a good day. We went out for breakfast, walked along the beach, had a few Margaritas, got sleepy and took a nap. As soon as I woke up, all hell broke loose! I casually reached over to unlock my Evo and check battery level when the Evo grabbed a steak knife from our room service tray and threatened to fill me full of bloody, stabby holes.

What should I do? Keep it, or take it back for a refund?
