There is a big link in the middle of the first post that says download with an md5 beneath. Are you running Windows?

I used Linux and therefore didn't have to deal with all of the Window's Prep. However, I would follow those instruction exactly to ensure a successful root.

Please point to any instruction in either of the links that indicate you need to download something to your phone.

    Got myself in a pickle...

tried to root my HTC Inspire. Was succesful until I flashed a ROM. I was stuck on a bootloop and scoured the internet how to fix it.

I was pretty close to getting it done, but for some reason my brain wasn't functioning and I formatted my SD Card...(I know SMH)

I went back to the ACE kit to see if I can get the files back and apparently I deleted Clockwork manager and now my phone is acting ridiculous

I tried factory reset and all of the above yet I still get the Black Screen of Death.

Is there a way to get the originals files back onto my SD card so I can reboot my Inspire..

    THANKS!

Everything you need to know regarding the process is explained in the original post for the AAHK and the effin manual. Read both of those. Then read 'em again. If you can't figure out what you need to do, then just don't root. The steps are simple but very specific. If you don't prep the computer properly you're going to run into problems and screw up your phone.

Do your research and read the threads on rooting here and on xda. Understand the process, what can go wrong, and how to fix it if it does. Everything you need to know has already been discussed.
