Help my galaxy note 10.1 contact is not respondig

hi i have a galaxy note 10.1
so when i open contact a white page is displayed and few minutes later the message " contact not responding" is dispayed
i cleared data in contact and contact storage app from setting -> application but the problem did not solve.
then i restored my note to factory defualt setting and noting changed
what should i do?
please help me , tnx

Sorry about the issues and welcome to Androidforums!!

How long have you had the tablet? Is it under warranty? That def is something not acting right. Unfortunately you have tried the main things I would suggest.

Maybe some of our knowledgeable Note users will chime in with some thoughts

Do you use any Widgets or apps that access contacts? If so, remove them from any homescreens or docks. Clear their data as well as the defaults, do soft reset and see if the problem still occurs.

If it still gives the error, itt could be defective?

i have the same problem here. Just bought my note about a week ago. Tried to open my contact for many times already and it still gives the same answer : contact is not responding. So frustrated because of this. I think I'm going to the Samsung centre to ask about it. I think you should too if you still faces the same problem.
