my google play store doesnt connect help

Yeasterday my phone(alcatel onepopc7)the play store in my device stoped working . I had a root and i removed it aelready i had apptoide and freedom then ivreseted the phone.I tried everything date time,wifi static,chaches etc...
Give me help plz!!!!!
