My HTC Desire V randomly restarts every time I am in Roaming

Hi All, I have a HTC Desire V, dual SIM, since March 2012. My phone restarts randomly every time i come to a roaming location. It is perfectly fine, when i am at home location. Has anyone faced this problem? Is it of any use if i give to any HTC service center ? Does anyone have any solution?
