Help my htc one m8 is stuck in HBOOT menu

HTC ONE M8 STUCK IN HBOOT

my phone ran out of battery, when i charged it and turned it on it started in HBOOT it says <power> t select but when i tap or hldd the power button it does nothing.

please help as soon as possible i need my phone for my job and its too late to go to the optus store
