Support My incredible 2 is not rooted and stuck in the loop

    I need help. My phone is not rooted and stuck in the boot loop. I've tried to factory reset it from the boot screen. Nothing is working I don't even think that the reset is working. What should I do now.

    Take it to Verizon. How long ago did you buy it?

    Edit: try pulling the battery first
    Or you could root...

    Similar thing happened to me when I first got mine. It rebooted randomly. I couldn't perform the update to 2.3.4 either. I just returned it to Verizon and they gave me another one.
