My first device well its has a stutter to it. second device works well but videos will not stream work ect idk but tha case is. say for instance i get on YOU TUBE ever thing might pop up but when it do i click play. then nothing black screen an a loading signill
and not jest that app mostly every object that support streaming an or video leave me ???????/

Quite frankly it sounds like it doesn't have enough internet bandwidth to stream video smoothly from YouTube etc.

Try running Speed Test, and see what it reports.

Maybe it is the device error. Have you checked out other functions or check the internet or try to uninstall the current apps and install new one instead? If try all but it wont work, so call the hotline of your fone brand for help
