Help My other phone number is blocked!

I tried some blacklist and call blocker apps and i`ve tested them all by blocking another phone in my house.
I`ve deleted all the apps but the other phone still remains blocked and i can call my number. Help please?

Restart your phone and try. Otherwise, you would have to reinstall them all and see which one of them still have your number stored in blocked list. Remove that you are good to go....
