Disassemble the phone, remove the vibrator lol... They're usually right under the back cover and attached by a ribbon cable!

Are you saying even when you turn the power off it continues to vibrate? Try pressing and holding the power button until the phone shuts off (that's a simulated battery pull) and see if it stops then. If not you've got a serious short in the phone.

The Blade A310 was released last year (for the Philippines). Is it still under warranty?
