My phone explorer sucks

I've heard that this is a good software, and then I download one to have a try and check how amazing it could be. While it turns out it's a quite disappointing. After I download and install it, it just turn off my chrome and ie browser then install a browser snapdo. I admit it may 'cuz I didn't dis select the option in setup. I can't get rid of it even though I have uninstall it. so weird. It also cause my other software stopped unexpectedly. Did I do something wrong or it just sucks.

MyPhoneExplorer is a PC Suite software, Kinda like Samsung Kies. I've never needed to use it though.

I have samsung i 9100. I've check snap.do is a browser hijacker. It still auto set as my default home page even though I've uninstalled it from my computer. I have to manually remove it and resetting my browser. I a little bit confused why MY PHONE EXPLORER allow it to install 4 user. Anyway, I don't think I would use it again.
Yes, I have kies before but it has its own disadvantages, i want to use another similar software. Luckily I found the software called mobo robo, it seems a really wonderful one. It has all the features that I need. LOL
