Help My phone is stuck in bootloop even after flashing with stock firmware.

Hi. My phone symphony W17 ( mt6572) is stuck on bootloop. I tried flashing stock rom using sp flash tool in format all + download mode. I tried clearing dalvik cache and data but no luck.

I don't know how to help. If a factory reset and reflash of the system doesn't fix it it's likely that the cause of the problem is a hardware failure. But it's impossible to be certain without examining the device, so the best I can suggest is to have someone look at it, if you think the device is worth the cost of doing that (which it may not be: I don't know the price of such service where you are, but where I am it would cost more than the replacement cost of a phone like this).

just curious.....where did you get the firmware file from? and i'm not talking about the file sharing site. was it from a guide? a post some where?
