In may I bought a galaxy j3 luna pro at walmart through straight talk. The carrier is verizon.
A couple of weeks ago it started playing the universal studios theme song. It has since done it 5 times.
I have one ringtone I wanna sedated on it. The phone was muted and I haven't watched any movies on it. I also had all social apps closed including YouTube.
Can anyone tell me what's going on & if theirs have done something like this before. I do not have the theme downloaded to my phone.

Next time it does it, check see if there's any app notifications in the pull-down, one of which might be associated with it. It might not be a social media app, or even anything connected with Universal Studios. It could just be some game you've got installed, like reminding you to play it or something.

I know the BBC News app can be set to play the BBC News theme if there's a breaking news story notification. Maybe it's something similar?

Dude my phone has been doing the same exact thing, plays the Universal Studios opening for a few seconds and it's gone. Sometimes I get random vibrations too. If you figure it out please let me know it's been driving me crazy

I've mentioned this before, when weird stuff start to appear on devices, just take a second or two and look into Settings, then <G> Google then Connected Apps. It's a high possibility that the culprit is an app or website thats connected to your device. Some people has uninstalled apps from their device that they previously given permission to run certain aspects on their device and just forgot to disconnect the app or website from their device from that location. Kind of a tongue twister but whatever it's worth it's worth taking a look anyway.

I tried everything, its somehow embedded in my phone. Removed microSD, factory reset. No luck. Ended up buying a Razer phone and haven't had the issue since, thought it had something to do with my Google account but like I said, no issues yet on a new device. I noticed audio notification access to popcorntime.io in Google Chrome thought that was the issue. Nope. So hopefully someone can find out the source to this annoying ass virus/adware

USB connection of your comp, then see if you can find it that way and isolate that... Just your own home p.c. though, do not send an accidental virus for anyone elses p.c.

Post some information about your device and apps. Without that there's no way of anyone spotting the common factor between the people suffering this.

Like i posted in another thread where people are having the same issues - https://androidforums.com/threads/random-sounds-have-i-been-hacked.1280329/ - basically the same thing was happening with my mothers phone. I completely wiped the phone and flashed the firmware over again. Took care of the issue.

Phone: Motorola Droid Razr M Model: XT907
Firmware: Stock KK 4.x.x (can't remember which)
    Updates: Latest everything including google.
Apps: Nothing out of the ordinary. Yahoo email app, local weather channel app, google apps, and thats about all.
Usage: Only used for calls/txts/email and to take pictures. Some light surfing web to normal sites and google maps over the past years since it came out.. (yeah it's been THAT long my mother has used that phone without a factory reset or anything). No wifi use, straight data only. Bluetooth however was left on all the time and was used so she could pair it with her vehicle and drive / talk.
