My phone wont recognize me saying "okay google"

So I have a Samsung Note 10+. In our home we have a Google Hub & a Google Mini. The Hub and mini recognize my voice flawlessly. But now my phone wont activate when I say okay google. I am outside the vicinity of the other google devices and I have even tried it outside and still nothing activates.... I have retrained the voice numerous times. Still nothing. It worked perfectly fine and then all of a sudden it doesnt.

try wiping cache and data for google assistant and see if that helps.

You can hard reset your phone again to active your Google assistance.
