My Lg optimus G pro won't update any apps, it wont download pictures or music. It won't even download picture messages, I have to download them manualy. Every time I go onto Google Play it shuts itself out. It pops up either the terms to agreement message or sync accounts message. I've tried clearing the cache/data for Google Play but it still wont work. The only option I have left is to reset the phone but I dont want to loose any of my conversations I have locked to the phone.
