I have an LG Optimus Q, one with a touch screen and keypad. Anyway, I was just doing my own thing, texting my girlfriend and being on Facebook, when I noticed my battery was running a little down (69%, so it was down but not near dead). I hooked it up to my charger and the phone said it was charging and it had the little red charging light turn on. I shut the screen down and layed there for a second, waiting for my girlfriend to text back. When the phone didn't vibrate, I went to turn on the screen but it didn't turn on. I took the phone off of my charger and the little red light didn't turn off. My phone won't charge, start, hard reset, nothing. I tried to hold the power button down, no good. I did the "hard reset" of holding the volume down button and the power button, still no good. I put it on the charger and toyed with it a little, nothing. I don't know what to do, my phone isn't working at all

Unfortunately I don't think you can remove the battery.

Look in the charging port with a good magnifying glass and a strong light. The bar should be in the center, not leaning against one of the sides. Look for little particles of dirt. Use a pointed wooden toothpick to fix anything you find.
