Help My phone's screen is not displaying correctly

When I switch on the phone, the screen shows time only, my touches are detecting and reacting by the phone, but the screen doesn't display anything. It seems like an issue with the software, how could I solve this.?
I think the usb debugging is off. Please provide me an expert reply

What's your device name... Try factory reset using the key combo
