If you Odined the EL26+CWM or any other GB based kernel with recovery (which is recommended to avoid the EMMC brick bug or if it is an ICS recovery, make sure that it is listed as safe) while you are running ICS or JB, your phone won't boot. I hope that you have a .zip copy of the kernel for your Rom. Before you go further, download that and put it on your SD card from a computer. To get into recovery, you will want to pull the battery. When you put the battery back in turn it and holding the volume up and the power button until it boots into recovery. From here, you can do a nandroid backup then flash zips. Before you reboot your phone, you will need to flash the correct kernel for your Rom.

If this doesn't work, you will need to download a .tar version for Odin to your computer. One-click packages reduce the amount of required knowledge. To use Odin, put your phone into download mode. You can do this by powering the phone on by holding the volume down and power button until you enter download mode. Once it is in download mode, attach it to the computer.

Which zips or tar files that you need depend a lot on which rom you were on and which kernel with recovery that you flashed. What Rom were you on?
