my tablet wont turn on or charge

I have a atab nine.7 that I got three months ago and it ran out of charge but now won't charge back up plugged into the wall or my computer. I have tried the volume and power on combinations but it hasn't been working. The screen doesn't light up or anything but it hasn't been subject to any damage-any suggestions are massively appreciated thank you!

Make sure it's off. Plug in the charger. Leave it alone for 24 hours. Then try it.
