I'm using Rom Manager (premium) to dl Roms - find it easier, really. I just dl'd the latest release and added-on the Themed LauncherPro 0.8.2 rom. For some reason it doesn't seem to be working, to begin with how do I bring it up on my screen? I downloaded the free version off the market but I don't see it in my apps. New to rooting so please bear with me, thanks.

I thought you were trying CM7?!?!?!? LoL just givin ya a hard time yo :) anywho, are you trying to install warm 2.2? if so, dont do it in rom manager, as youve discovered, sometimes the easy way isnt the way to make it akshully work. Rather, I would go into recovery, do a full wipe/factory reset, install the zip, and roll on. If youre coming from CM7 to warm, then youll hafta do the same thing i told ya to do when you went to cm7, the mega wipe and fresh install from recovery. Lemme know if this gets ya all fixed up :)

It won't be in your apps, it's a launcher. Press your home button, should ask you if you want to use lp or sense choose lp...you did dl launcher pro and not just some theme for lp right?

prolly has the file on a jump drive combined w/ net nanny'd internet service at work which would have nothing to do with being able to d/l the file on the device, but i digress

Hey youdoo, I was able to flash Myn's Warm 2.2 using the manual flash method instead of Rom Manager! Once again, thanks for the advice! The only issue that I have is that I couldn't flash the Themed LauncherPro 0.8.4 (?).

Yeah, it's flashable. I first backed up, wiped, flashed the Rom and then I flashed the Wimax/radio update (per installation instructions), then I flashed the transparent notification bar and, lastly the themed launcher pro. Can I go back and wipe my cache-dalvik and then try to reflash the themed lp??? Or, do I have to start it all over again?

Nah, I just wiped cache-dalvic and re-flashed the themed lp...nothing. On the plus side, it seems that I lost the game!
