N7100 or N7105

Hi everyone I'm new to the forum

I was wondering if anyone could give me advice please?

I am from South Africa and here we dont have the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 LTE (N7105) already but we have the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (N7100) do you think I should wait for the LTE version or can I just go for the normal one the N7100?

As far as I was concerned when I bought my note2, I already had a fibre optic Internet connection in my home which is faster than I will need and only a 500mb data limit on my phone contact, if I bought the LTE version I would go through that limit in no time and that's where the phone carriers gain their money.
People should look into 4g contracts thoroughly before entering them as its usually for the next 24 months.
