n9515 odd isue wont factgory reset cant mount cache

have a n9515 boots to recoveryt but when trying to reset it says it can not mount cash or any of the cache fikles,

if allowed to boot normaly says encryption not successfull press to reset and nothing happens when you try to reset, .
is there any way to reflash the stock rom via the factory recovery ie adb sideloading etc ?
