Help Name change on outgoing email

How do I change the name on my address line on emails? Showing prior secretary's name on outgoing mail. I've tried everything I can think of.

What email app are you using?

Are you asking about just changing the name referred to in outgoing mail signatures? Or are you asking about changing the name that's a part of outgoing emails, as in changing ThisName@email.com to ThatName@email.com?
If it's the first, there's probably a setting in whichever mail app you're using where you can edit the signature text. Are you using the default email app or a third-party email app? If it's the second this isn't necessarily an Android issue, it appears to be relative to whichever mail service you're using. You'll need to log into your account to edit the user name.
