Root Naming Backups

Can we rename the backup files in the clockwork folder. So instead of having a date and time, we can name them something like Eb01_SC2.1v and Dj05_SC04

Will it affect them being able to restore from?

Yes you can rename them.

You can rename them, but MAKE SURE not to leave any spaces in the name of the folder, or your restore will fail with an MD5 checksum error.

Use period or dashes instead. An example of how I do it would be:

EB01.SuperClean.v2.0.Stable

The folder will already be date-stamped with the creation date, so I find putting that info in the title a bit redundant.

Also, in addition to not using spaces, don't use the parenthesis symbols ( and ).
