Help naming folders

is it possible to name folders (tools, games, etc.). I know I can create a folder but I want to know which folder has what or do I have to download an app and if so which one... please help

I highly recommend the app Folder Organizer Lite for making and naming folders. You can choose folder icons, so you don't have those ugly yellow folders on your desktop.

For stock folders, open the folder, long press on the top header of the folder and an edit box will open.

The Multimedia, Games, Tools folders are Folder Organizer Lite folders.
