    I want to know how to get to the clipboard on my samsung galaxy 3 and delete it?

    If you restart your device it should remove whatever was on your clipboard.

    The clipboard is a function on the device. That works as a copy & paste feature. As stated above, the current copy file will delete itself either when the device is restarted, or another file has been copied.
