Help Nandroid restore problem

MyBackupPro (Paid app) is not showing up after a nandroid restore. I cant find it anywhere whatsoever that it is installed on my G1 phone. However, if I do a search for the app in the Market, I click on the app, it shows like it's installed because the "open" and "uninstall" option is there but they are greyed out. So I cant click on either button to open or uninstall it. wth? What is causing the problem and how can I get it installed?

Hit it! Lite (app), photovault also has the same problem.
