Natwest app keeps crashing my Phone

After a load of messing and crashing rooting my phone I finally get it back on and unrooted []but for some reason my Natwest app keeps crashing my phone and it keeps restarting. At first when I did a backup fromthe market my phone would crash and I thought there was something wrong so kept having to do the factory restore but I have finally got it down to just being the NatWest app

Tried going into settings > manage applications > natwest app and then clearing data/cache?

I got in touch with htc they said do that didn't work then they said do a soft reset and now the phone wont come on

If you're still having issues not being able to switch the phone on, pull the battery out for 30 secs and try re-booting
