What's the longest you guys used your navigation during a trip. I'm getting ready to go on a 5 hour trip. I know the phone heats up using it. Any problems during the long usage?

I used mine on a 700 mile trip. The only issue I had going was it overheated. The reason was it was in direct sunlight and when I put the air on, no issues.

I use it regularly, once a month for a 7 hour (one-way) drive. I use Trapster or Waze or Google Navigation. I remove the silicon case to help dissipate the heat and put the phone in a shaded place.

Never experienced any issues. Of course keep the phone plugged. The GPS will eat the battery in no time.
