Help Nearly bricked my phone, now I need to flash stock OS

Alright, well I nearly bricked my phone, but somehow I managed to get Odin to flash CWM again, and now I can at least put stuff on the device. I still can't get CM7 to install (either I did it wrong in the first place or I'm downloading the wrong files, not sure.) so I'm going to try to just flash the original OS. Any tips for doing this? I'm definitely out on a limb, and I've had a lot of help from one of my friends, but I wanted to check with the real experts before I really brick it.

Download the ROM in the links section and flash in Odin. Also, if you may want to buy a USB jig for peace of mind. This will save you in the unlikely event you brick your phone I bought my jig off of amazon for $4.
