Root need a little rom help

Ok guys i have been running on the stock rooted 2.2 with the netarchy kernel. I would like to change to a different rom and try some of them out. I have done a nand backup. Here is my questions though. I know i need to do a backup in titanium pro and then i can flash the rom. Will everything on my phone be reset? I finally have the phone setup the way i like it, with placement of apps and all that and i really don't wanna have to redo all of that. Also is there anything else i need to backup before i flash the rom? thanks

Backup all your apps and data with TB,before flashing the ROM a full wipe is always required,after uninstalling everything from TB u might need to reinstall some apps manually.
