Be a little more patient. Not everyone wants to respond to a question that I'm sure has been asked already. In my opinion, it isn't a very good question because the Droid is on Verizon and the Nexus will be on T-mobile (initially at least.) The Droid is a great phone, and I'm sure the Nexus will be as well. If the network it is on doesn't matter to you, then I would suggest reading as much as you can about each of them and their similarities and differences and make a decision based on your preferences. There is no one correct answer for everyone.

Well Nexus One is on T-Mobile/AT&T EDGE...and Droid is on Verizon. If network doesnt matter than it really depends on what you like.

Do you NEED a Physical Keyboard
Do you Want a faster processor
Do you like Nexus Form Factor over Droids?

Really the best way is to try both phones out at your local T-Mobile/VZW store...

    alostpacket Over Macho Grande?

Depends on where u live how much of a difference the network will make. Both are awesome pieces of hardware.

Does the snapdragon suck significantly more power out of the N1 than on the Droid/Milestone? Milestone has a better battery life experience than I've had with iPhone, G1, almost parallel with the tried and true blackberries.

Whats the screen like on the N1, HTC/G1 style plastic?

    Want a keyboard?

The wwsphere seems to think the Droid is ugly, but I find its construction pleasant.

All that said, if there isnt a root forthecoming on the milestone before m anticipated ETA on N1 delivery.. I'll probably bounce.
