Alright so my B-Day is tomorrow and I am getting money, I really want this tablet PC called "Pandigital Planet" Click for Info.

My spending limit is $200 and they have that at the local walmart for $178 before taxes.

So my question is: Would this be a good by for my budget?

I think there's a newer version out at bestbuy for around the same price. I think it's called the Pandigital Nova or something like that. Might want to check that out too.

As is typical for threads asking for assistance with device selection:

You're assuming that there's a universal definition of "good". Good is one of those highly subjective words. Whether the device you're considering is good or not depends on your requirements and preferences which you've omitted from your OP. We can't tell you whether or not you'll think the device is good especially without any information regarding your needs and wants.

If one device was good for everyone then there would be no need for threads like this. If you want our help you need to help us by giving some information on you and what you're looking for.
